I am a visual learner. I have taken two other Salesforce Cert Admin courses and I did not have a good understanding of Salesforce to pass the Admin exam. The other courses did not fit my learning style by combining lecture with DETAILED visual instructions of the UI. The lecture and the detailed visual instructions combination helped to reinforced learning concepts. For the first time, I am NOT LOST and I am really getting a good understanding on how to navigate, edit, and etc on the Salesforce environment. This course changed me from hating Salesforce to really liking it. I really wished I had seen this course first before wasting my money on the other courses.

it was awesome!! Cleared the exam. Questions came direct from the concept Francis explained and taught. He even explained cloud scheduler. Many of us know how people are clearing certification these days, but this course is must. Not only for certification, even if someone starts to learn salesforce, this one is must. Francis has taught what trailheads are unable to. One must get this course, and learn, not for the sake of certification, for the sake of knowledge and career. @Francis, if you are reading this review. I have a request, but please make a course for Apex and VF. Explaining all the possibilities of VF Tags, scenario based coding example on Apex, using collections in complex ways. I started learning salesforce with Apex and VF only but I will still enroll to that course. I just loved the way you picked most of the possibilities and scenarios in this course. Keep doing the good work.

I have previously taken this course through a different source, and I have to say that Francis was definitely more thorough and in depth. He explained each concept to where it was easy to understand and fun to learn. I highly recommend this course and any other course Francis decides to teach.

This is an excellent course for quick learning & also passing the Admin certification exam. Thank You Francis for sharing this Course, which was well organized, easy to follow, clearly explained with practical exercise ,etc.. More quiz questions at the end of each section would have been more helpful.. My Journey of SF certification: “ Literally I know nothing about Salesforce on Oct-01-2018, but wanted to learn quickly, thus I did a quick search and Enrolled for this Course. I listened to this course an Hour/Day for consecutive 20 days and also practised them same day. I had cleared SF Admin certification with 73 % ( First attempt). Would like to also note that Exam questions are mostly scenario-based and relatively tougher than course Mock exam. The instructor is very dynamic. I took another Salesforce course and it did not click or come together until I took this one. The other instructor was monotone and I could focus. Here everything is explained clearly and shown how it all ties together. I feel much more confident about taking the exam soon and hope he teaches more Salesforce courses such as Advanced Admin cert and Developer

I understood a lot more about the system of Salesforce Certifications, their dependencies, and prerequisites from this course. Not only did the instructor explain the career path in an easy-to-understand and simple manner, he also added a lot of depth to each module. Thank you Francis, the course has been explained with some good analogies. I would recommend this course over to the audience who is keen to understand the fundamental and design of the platform. Also, there were few little details which aren't covered in the course however, I anticipated this since there is granular detail in the platform. Oh I passed the exam 🙂

Just took my SF Admin exam this weekend and passed on the first attempt! This is the best SF Admin course as far as I'm concerned, and the instructor Francis keeps you engaged throughout the lectures by visually demonstrating everything he's explaining, instead of solely talking the entire time. The only resources I used to prepare for the exam were this course and some random free practice questions I found online. Highly recommended for anyone trying to get certified as an admin as well as anyone looking for a taste of the type of responsibilities & tasks you'll be expected to perform as an admin of an org.

A well-constructed course which covers all topics related to the certification. Helped me clear the cert. The practice test was also very helpful.

This has been an incredible journey to take with Francis! He’s very clear and concise and gives us a whole host of examples to work through. I’d recommend tackling some trailheads to keep your memory fresh but on the whole I recommend this to anyone preparing for the admin exam!

This was an excellent course. Francis has explained areas around Salesforce in an easy to understand manner and is obviously well knowledgeable as a Salesforce MVP. I went through the course in a matter of a few days and took the practice exam and passed. While there are a few areas I need to review for my certification test in a few days, I feel very comfortable with what was taught and feel I will be able to pass the certification test with this single course. The method employed here is: a.) 'This module covers X', b.) Let's look at X in action, c.) Recap of what was covered and mentions of things that are needed to be known for the exam. This format works well for some people. The presenter is quite knowledgable. The content sufficiently mixes Classic and Lightning, as many of the admin tasks and necessary knowledge are applicable either way. This class is recommended as part of a person's overall certification preparation strategy.

You get an idea about salesforce and how you can get into this new technology.It also explains which certifications to get in order to make your career better in salesforce technology. Overall I'll say it is as per expected. Take it if you have no idea about salesforce and want to know about the certifications.

I wish I had something like this available to me when I was first starting out. It's a great overview ... clear and concise!

This is by far the best Salesforce Administrator class. The attention to detail makes it easy to understand the concepts. The combination of spoken word and visuals are excellent. I wish that he would offer more training videos, such as service cloud, sales cloud, and others. Highly recommended!!

Gives all of the relevant information with excellent examples and explanations. I never give a 5 star rating, but this is a worthy exception. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to learn the basics of Salesforce administration and especially if you are pursuing certification.

Very detailed and clearly explains the functions and applicable rules. I like the emphasis on exam material or highlighting possible exam topics. This helps a great deal since there is so much material and you have to prioritize to prepare for a successful exam outcome.

Best Salesforce Admin course online, I used Francis material to prepare for the exam and I cleared my exam at ease in my first attempt.

I finished the recommended trailmix for admin certification on Trailhead and this has been a great bit of glue to stick all of those bits of information together. I feel like this will really help with my test.
